Dr Stain has always been exuberant and friendly. She listens to every concern you have and will answer questions you may have, while putting you at ease. There is no other OBGYN I could see myself going too and being happy after being her patient. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
